You retain responsibility for material you submit. You confirm that you have the right to use submitted text, photographs and other content and grant Models House permission to display, format and promote that material in connection with the platform.
4. Castings and opportunities
Users posting castings must provide genuine, lawful and sufficiently clear opportunities. Models House may review, edit, reject or remove submissions. Publication does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of a client, agency, casting, payment or outcome. Users should carry out their own checks before accepting work or sharing sensitive information.
5. Agencies and directory information
Agency and professional directory information may be compiled from submissions or publicly available business information. Organisations may contact us to request corrections, claim a listing or ask for appropriate removal.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Models House for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, exploitative or misleading activity; to distribute malware or spam; to scrape or republish the service at scale; or to infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the platform useful and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every listing is complete or current. To the extent permitted by law, Models House is not responsible for agreements, disputes, losses or conduct arising between independent users or third parties introduced through the platform.
